Sharon Alon (45), is highly experienced in the Israeli hospitality industry. He started his career in the hospitality industry approximately 15 years ago with the Fattal hotel chain, where he presided in various senior positions. His last role there was the chain’s center regional manager, and was responsible, among other things, on opening new hotels.
Asaf Ben Dov
Director of Sales & Marketing
Asaf has a BA in Social Sciences from Bar Ilan University, an MA in Business Management from Ramat Gan College, and a Hotel Management diploma from the Technion and Africa Israel Hotels. He started his hospitality career with Holiday Inn (now Crowne Plaza) in 1996, where he served as the chain’s domestic tourism manager until 2004. In 2005, Asaf joined Fattal Hotels chain as a sales manager, and as of 2009 he served as the domestic and resorts sales manager until the end of 2019.

Eran Cohen
CFO
Eran, graduated BA studies in Business and Accounting as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel. He started his career in 2005 at Somekh Chaikin CPAs as an auditorfor some of the leading companies in Israel. In 2010 Eran began his managerial path. Parallel to his position in a CPA firm Eran took Academic roles at the accounting study track both at Tel Aviv University and Bar Ilan University. Eran joined Africa Israel Hotels Group in 2016 as the groups’ controller until 2021.
Ronen Cohen
VP of Human Resources
Ronen is a BA graduate in Business Management from Derbi University branch in Israel, and has an MA in Human Resources from Tel Aviv University. He started his hospitality career at Hyatt International, where he served in various positions for 8 years, and the latest one was as head of the human resources department. Subsequently, Ronen served as the VP of Golden Tulip Dead Sea Hotel, and as the operations manager of Meridian Dead Sea hotel. Ronen was appointed as the Chain Human Resources Manager of Fattal Hotels where he served between 2010 to 2016. His latest position was VP of Human Resources of the luxurious Protected Housing Department of Azrieli Group.
Ori Avigdorov
Director IT Systems
IT Manager with an extensive experience of about 30 years in managing information system infrastructures, and complicated development environments with international hi-tech companies (Intel, Lenent, Mercury Interactive, Tzuran), including setting and managing teams, project management for setting and managing infrastructures, planning complicated work processes and integrating projects and multinational teams.Extensive experience in leading strategic moves for personalized services for businesses, as well as system integration and implementation.
He also has experience in planning, implementing and operating support processes, as well as infrastructure management and information security using the ITIL (IT infrastructure Library) method and iso27001.
Uri has an Electronics Practical Engineer degree from the University of Tel Aviv's College of Practical Engineers.
Idit Levi Simon
Cluster General Manager of Tel Aviv
Idit has a BA double majoring in Arabic Language and Literature and the History of the Middle East. She has more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. Idit Simon became CEO of Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center hotel after having served in recent years in several positions at Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv hotel, when the last two were VP and Operations Manager of the hotel. Until this appointment, Idit served as the Cluster General Manager of Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center hotel and Tel Aviv Indigo hotel.
Alon Shaul
General Manager of Vert Dead Sea Hotel
Alon has a BA in Practical Industrial Engineering and Management. He started his hospitality career 16 years ago, and since then he served in a variety of management positions at different hotel chains. He was appointed to his current position as the CEO of VERT Dead Sea after having served as VP of Operations at Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center hotel, Crowne Plaza Dead Sea hotel and Cluster CEO of Haifa hotels.
Johny Mor
Hotel Manager of Bay View Haifa Hotel
Shimon has a BA in Economics and Management from the Open University, and 26 years experience in the hospitality industry. After 10 years he served as CEO of Nof hotel in Haifa, he joined the chain in 2014, and was recently appointed as the General Manager of Bay View hotel in Haifa.

Hotel Manager of Indigo Hotel Tel Aviv
Holding MA in English Linguistics and Literature & Teaching, BA at Vatel Tel Aviv Hotel Management, Certified NLP Practitioner and Business Coach.
Started hotel career at 2011 as Masa intern in InterContinental Tel Aviv, promoted to numerous positions within Rooms Division department. Before arriving at Indigo hotel as Hotel Manager, worked as Front Office Director, managing seven departments responsible for the guests services.
Yosef Cohen
Hotel Manager of Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv Hotel
Yosef started his hospitality career with the chain in 2013, within the scope of his BA degree in Hospitality and Tourism. During the 8 years of his work with the company, he worked in the Food and Beverage Department, as well as primarily with the Room Department, as he blazed his way from Reception Supervisor to Head of the Room Department at Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center hotel. In conjunction with his work, Yosef completed his MA in Business Management, and he is a graduate of the Management Program of Next Generation network.

Suzan is a resident of Dimona, who presently resides in Eilat. She began her career in hospitality with Isrotel hotel chain approximately 15 years ago, during which she had various positions, including public relations manager and Management of Reception and Room Department in the chain’s luxury hotels. She was hired by Crowne Plaza chain approximately 4 years ago as VP, and in the last six months she was promoted to CEO of the hotel.
Sheldon Ritz
General Manager of VERT Hotel Jerusalem
Sheldon Ritz, 55 years old, married with a son and daughter. He made Aliya from South Africa in 1992 Has a degree in Hotel Management from the M.L. Sultan Hotel School in Durban, South Africa. In addition has 2 Diplomas from Cornell University in the State of New York Worked in the Dan Hotel Chain for 22 years(19 years at the King David Hotel and 3 years at their Head Office)At the King David he rose through the ranks and was the Hotel’s Director of Operations. He also took care of all State visits at the King David and amongst many delegations, he hosted 5 American Presidents. At Head office he was The Director of Sales for Embassies and Government Ministries. Prior to him working at Dan Hotels, he opened the Banqueting Department at the Hilton Hotel Jerusalem(now the David Citadel)

Shimon Cohen, married + 3, BA in Economics and Management from the Open University, has started his hotelier path at the F&B department of Nof Haifa hotel. He continued through a long list of roles at this hotel and after a short glimpse to Fattal hotels came back as the Nof Haifa hotel General manager which he continued doing from 2004 to 2014.
In 2014 Shimon joined the Africa Israel Hotels and in 2017 started managing the Haifa cluster of Crowne Plaza Haifa & Haifa Bay View hotels.
Avraham Amar
General Manager of Vert Hotel Netanya
Avraham AmarAvraham is 47 years old, married to Lilach and a father of 4.
His path as a hotelier started at the Caesar hotel in Tiberias, from there Avraham moved to Eilat and fulfilled several rolls at the Isrotel chain,
at Agamim hotel, the Princess and the Royal Beach where at the latter he served as the Food & Beverage F&B manager.
At 2011 Avraham joined Fattal Hotels as the General Manager of the Leonardo Plaza Dead Sea, Operational Manager of Herods Palace, the General Manager of Leonardo Privilege Dead Sea and for the last 7 years the General Manager of the Cluster Leonardo Privilege and Leonardo Royal Eilat.
