The Kamakura restaurant at Tel Aviv Indigo hotel is a Japanese meat serving restaurant with a menu that offers meats that were prepared in various ways: aging, roasting, or pickling. The restaurant’s head chef is Gilad Dabush, who gained a rich experience in the Japanese cuisine from the best restaurants in Israel and overseas. The restaurant includes a large table space along with a sushi bar and a bar that serves alcohol beverages.
You can relax at the bar with a shot, or indulge at the lobby lounge with your choice of delicacies from a luxuriant menu.

Having breakfast at the hotel is a wonderful way to start the morning with an appetizing menu that will energize your body to face the day. Dinner at Kamakura is on the same level as the leading chef restaurants in boutique hotels in Europe. A combination of tempo and ambience with a menu that lets you taste Japan like you never tasted it before, with careful attention to meat dishes.
Among the new Kamakura menu dishes you will find for instance tataki sirloin - charred sirloin on Japanese oak charcoals, hazelnut cream, smoked hazelnut shiso and ponzu (54 ILS); beef fillet in Japanese spice mixture fried in tempura, mizuna salad and rocket with porcini (65 ILS); beef tartar on top of bone marrow in tara sauce with aioli miso-karashi (89 ILS); and a charbroiled Japanese hamburger without the bun, with pak-choi, runny egg, and Japanese barbecue (78 ILS), and more.
The menu also offers meat style sushi dishes (in addition, of course, to the fish based sushi), eggplant steak in miso - twice cooked eggplant in sweet kuji-miso sauce and sesame (39 ILS); chicken sukiyaki - a Japanese bowl with chicken, soba noodles, hana donko mushrooms, spinach, yaki dofu and sake (68 ILS); etc.
